Section description
Investigation of the Arctic region is still difficult and grand-scale task. Its solution plays a key role in the effective Arctic development and conservation of its ecosystem. It is planned to discuss priority directions of international cooperation in sphere of science and education as well as data exchange mechanisms, development of new technologies and staff training.
Topics for discussion
- International agreement concerning scientific cooperation in the framework of the Arctic Council;
- Implementation of scientific megaprojects in the Arctic;
- Creation and implementation of international educational programs;
- International cooperation in sphere of staff training for the Arctic.
The working session will be held with the support of the Public Commission of the IPO "Association of polar explorers", "Science and higher school" direction
